Ingredients
Ingredients for 8 people:

A packet of 50 croquilles

200g smoked or raw salmon.

300g fresh cheese (Mrs. Loïc's cheese / fresh square)

30g dill
-
1 lemon

Olive oil
Preparation
Cut your salmon into small dice (about 5mm sideways) and set aside. Smoked salmon will be preferred if you want to put the taste of fish forward.
Zest the lemon, either with a zest or thrift and then put the fine zest in a bowl.
Cut the dill in the same bowl as your zest.
Pour 6 tablespoons of olive oil into the bowl.
Add the fresh cheese to the mixture.
Mix the contents of the bowl well.
In each croquille,place a few diced salmon to your liking, then fill up to the brim with the fresh cheese mixture.
Chill for 30 minutes.
